Gain the knowledge and confidence to challenge appraisals.
- Determine if a Reconsideration of Value is necessary and valid by completing a cursory view of the appraisal.
- Describe the typical criteria for Comparable Sales used when providing a Comparable Market Analysis.
- Complete a Reconsideration of Value sample, and be able to explain the process to a consumer.
- Describe adjustments within an appraisal, the accurate method of measuring a home and explain to the consumer in an understandable, logical, and professional manner.
- Describe best practices when conversing with an appraiser.
